PBC is working with the Ministry of Finance and the FBR to create easier tax compliance frameworks for covering the economy in its books. PBC’s support for RGST also partly arises from its implications of better documentations leading to a wider tax base, reduced tax burden on existing taxpayers, and increased public spending on health and education.
