Trade with the European Union (28) – 2017

EU is one of the most important trading partners for Pakistan; accounting for 17% of Pakistan’s total trade in 2017. A major proportion of Pakistan’s exports to the EU is dominated by textiles and clothing products. Having said that, EU is Pakistan’s largest export market representing 34% of Pakistan’s total exports in 2017. Moreover, EU is Pakistan’s third largest import partner after China and UAE, with Pakistan reported imports worth $5.72 billion in 2017.
