PBC is one of IFC’s partner organizations under the Access-2-Business (A2B) Program. Under this program the IFC in addition to providing resources to institutionally strengthen the PBC, is supporting PBC in its advocacy work in areas of company legislation, capital markets, product liability laws, tax reforms, Pakistan’s trade policy etc. With IFC as the lead sponsor, the PBC held an international Capital Markets Conference in September 2006.http://www.ifc.org |

With the CSF the PBC is working on macro level policies aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Pakistani businesses. Special emphasis is on continuity in family businesses, governance and delegation.
